Anti Wrinkle Treatment (Botox)

Commercially available Botulinum toxin is a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium. Very low doses are administered via a few tiny injections to temporarily reduce moderate to severe frown and wrinkle lines. It works by blocking the transmission of nerve impulses to the injected muscles; this reduces the contraction of the muscles resulting in smoothening of the overlying skin.
